Basic Party Planning

At Detailed Diva, I understand that planning a memorable event can be overwhelming and time-consuming. That's why I offer my small party planning package, designed to take care of every single detail from beginning to end. I am here to transform your vision into a breathtaking reality, ensuring that your special occasion is nothing short of extraordinary.

This package is recommended for events with a number of attendees between 35 and 75. Retirements, graduations, birthdays, and showers typically fit into this category.

This package includes the following:

1. Up to two onsite meetings at your venue or location 
2. An expense spreadsheet with a $400 credit toward decor and $400 toward catering
3. A custom invitation with up to 2 edits

The spreadsheet will show your credits and all other expenses associated with your event. Our weekly check in's will keep the spreadsheet up to date. Texting and emailing information are also encouraged. 

As with every service, I am your partner, and your advocate. I take pride in providing personalized attention and maintaining open lines of communication. I am readily available to address your concerns, answer your questions, and adapt to any changes that may arise. Please note this price does not include breakdown and clean up of your event space outside of what is provided by my services. Venues outside of 15 miles may be subject to an additional fee. Please inquire about pricing if further set up and clean up is needed.
